Honestly, I thought this was a great card until I posted the picture! If you look closely, the fish are all upside down! I glued it down wrong! Oh well. I had gotten this paper from a share and had no more, so I had to go with this mistake! Just use it as a lesson in what not to do!
Other than the wrong way paper here, I love anything to do with the beach, seaside or ocean themes. So, of course, this stamp set was one I had to try. I love everything about it except the sentiment stamp shown. The font on the sentiment is made to look a little blurry. I had stamped this several times thinking I was doing something wrong and then looked at the cover on the stamp case and then the page in the catalog. This is the way it stamps! I think it is supposed to look like the font is floating underwater, which is a pretty cute idea. I may try another version of this as a shaker card, which will utilize this style font in a much more interesting way. Other than the wrong way fish, I liked how the card came out. I think this set has a lot of possibilities and I can’t wait to try more!

The only thing I see is its not in my mailbox! The upside down part isn’t that noticeable and the receiver will know you took the time to make it. It’s still lovely!

Thank you Jackie! You are correct. The people you send a handmade card to rarely see what the makers see! They simply delight in a handmade card. Thanks for always being so positive!!!!
