Daisy Delight is one stamp set I can’t get enough of. In fact, the entire Delightful Daisy product suite has many favorite items in it! This is one of the first suites of products I bought from the new catalog and it continues to be my favorite.
The stamped design was created using watercolor paper and watercolor pencils. For the background, I just blotted on some Tranquil Tide ink and then sprayed the watercolor paper with water using a Stampin’ Spritzer. Then I died the paper with a heat tool to dry it faster. The image was stamped on the watercolor background using Tranquil Tide and then colored in with a Watercolor Pencil and Blender Pen. A little of the new Copper Trim tied around the stamped image was the finishing touch.
TheDSP I used in this card is my favorite from the Delightful Daisy DSP. Three are so many beautiful papers in this set of DSP and you get such a wide range of colors and designs. It really should be on your wish list! Click On the Image below to see the DSP in detail.

I made another version of the card, but decided I did like it as well as the one above for my blog feature card. But it kept sitting on my desk and I liked it better and better. This one started out as a similar idea, but I used a splatter stamp and hanged the background color. The flower also needed some ops, so I stamped it again on another piece of paper and layered it using a dimensional.
