I thought I was going to wait a couple more weeks before I started showing some of the new Holiday Occasions catalog items, but when I opened up this Designer Series Paper, I had to make a card with it right away! You are getting a sneak peek at the Come To Gather Suite of products in the Holiday Occasions catalog, which I am sure you have by now.
The Designer Series paper in this suite is also called Come to Gather and it is so much more gorgeous in person than the beautiful catalog photographs can show. The colors are luscious and right on trend with a mix of light and dark colors that will add pop to every card you make.
Today’s card combines Cajun Craze and Pretty Peacock against a bright plaid paper. The big leaf was stamped with Gather Together stamp set. And the Gather Leaves dies created the embossed leaves in the solid color. On the Crumb Cake background, I used the Swirly Frames stamp to frame in the design. And then a simple die cut of the sentiment. A very easy to make card with lots of pop!
